Defence Care Academy is directed by retired Defence Personnel. With the direct Supervision of Chief Advisor, the Chief Executive Officer runs the Academy. The training curriculum planning, design and quality assurance are looked after by different experienced retired defence personnel including certified trainers, IT professionals etc.

Commander M Shabbir Ahmed (Retd)
Commander Shabbir is a veteran psychologist. He severed Armed Forces (ISSB) for long years. Commander achieved his BA & MA on psychology from the University of Dhaka. Beside of university degree he participated different training program in country and abroad. Presently he is engaged in developing positive psychology of the young stars.
M K HASAN, MBA, MS
MK Hasan is a renowned trainer and writer. Besides his BA, B Com he achieved MBA and MS degree. Among his subjects Philosophy, Mathematical logic, Management and training, Disaster management are remarkable. Besides Bangladesh Army, he was trained in different national and international organisations. Father of two children, Mr. Hasan is busy with writing new books.
Abdullah Al Masum, IT Expert
Abdullah Al Masum is an IT Expert and trainer. He achieved his BSc and MSc in CSE and now a renowned entrepreneur. IQ and mathematics are his favourite subjects.
In leisure time he reads books and travels.
